In today’s post I am going to share some quick and effective skin care hacks for you all to get that flawless and healthy skin. I know in today’s enviroment it is almost impossible to have a flawless and healthy skin? But if you take care of your skin everyday your skin will maintain itself. #Wake Up and Wash Your Face!(WUAWF) .
It is very important to wash your face with a mild cleanser or your preferred face wash. A lot of germ gets transferred from your pillow to your face. So it is very important to wake up and wash your face first.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to double cleanse your face every night, in order to get rid of the every bit of your makeup and dirt too. Even if you didn’t put makeup it is important to double – cleanse your face , as your phone, pillow cover and hands transfer a lot of bacteria to your skin ,which causes breakouts! Use a mild cleanser, followed by your face wash and lastly use a makeup remover(on days of makeup) to get rid of every bit of makeup from your skin and eyes.If you don’t want to spend on a cleanser you can definetly use your facewash twice, I do that!
A sunscreen is a must! Be it , you are inside or outside your house. Always put a Sunscreen on all the exposed areas, reapply after every 2 hours to avoid tan, pigmentation, wrinkles, fine lines and much more. Oily skin girls,can use Gel Based one, it gets soaked easily and won’t make your skin oily and dull.
Let me clear this, girls with OILY SKIN also have to moisturise their face. It actually will help reduce sebum production and give skin a better texture.Moisturise your face everday atleast once in order to avoid pimple, dull skin, dry skin and early signs of aging. Moisturising will give you a healthy and hydrated glow.
Toner is my best friend! I have open pores problem. My pores are very much open and visible. It’s been 1 month, I am using a toner regularly and the difference is visible. After every wash, before applying makeup I always use a toner to close , minimise and prevent clogging of my pores. As I travel everyday, I used to get pimples all the time because of the dust but now by using a toner before going out I am having a clear skin , no daily breakouts anymore!

#Clean Your Phone’s Screen.
A hell lot of bacteria is present on your phone’s screen! Phone has become the most important part in our life, we talk for hours on our phone and don’t clean our phone’s screen. A lot of accumulated bacteria from the screen gets transferred to our skin and clogs our pores causing breakouts! So next time, clean the screen and start using your earphones for talking.
Dip your face in ice water to increase the blood circulation on your face, it makes your face look fresh and glow instantly. Try to do this every morning and before you start your makeup. You can even use an Ice Pack.
This is my absolute favourite. It is the most effective, I do this once , in two weeks and it helps a lot!First wash you face then boil some water, pour it in a container(steel) , steam your face with towel over your head for 5-10 minutes. It cleases your pores and all the germs deep inside your skin come out, then use a clean towel and pat dry your face, don’t drag it all over your face it will cause breakouts. After you are done pat drying your face , use a scrubber or pack or any DIY pack that you want or simply use a facewash that has Activated Charcoal in it, all these work best after steaming as your pores are open. Then finish the process by washing your face with Cold Water, it will close and tighten the pores. Use a toner in the end!
#Stop Touching Your Face!!
If you want a clean face, you need to stop being so touchy! A lot of germs from the hands get transferred to the skin which causes breakouts.
#Stop Touching Your Pimples.
Don’t poke your pimple as the liquid inside it will spread and cause more pimple around that area. If you have an important plan next day, apply White Toothpaste over it and sleep. You will wakeup with a pimple free face (I personally do it and it works)!
Cut down on Sugar, Oily food, Packet food & Junk food! Cutting down on all these helped me a lot to get a clear and healthy skin.
#Drink Lots of Water .
Until you are hydrated from inside, it won’t show outside . No matter how much Moisturiser you apply and Highligter to glow . You need do drink at least 6 big bottles of water everyday. You will feel and look hydrated and fresh.You can divide it with some vegetable juice or fruit juices.
Fruits like Strawberries, Blurberries, Kiwi, Orange, Papaya, etc are great source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, supports the immune system, promote radiant skin and helps in healing blemishes.😊

Pampering your skin is really important, in order to have a naturally healthy, clear and glowing skin. You can’t keep makeup on for 24 hours long, right? You want to look best even without makeup , for that you need to follow this routine. I am following it and trust me I am not breaking out like mad anymore and my blemishes too have lighten up.
